“As a State heritage listed place, the WA Rowing Club proved to be the ideal venue for the Heritage Council’s Heritage Grants Program. Centrally located in the CBD on the Swan River, the timber clubhouse offered the perfect ambiance for an event that was all about supporting heritage projects in Western Australia. Additionally, the venue was supported by modern technology and friendly, flexible staff who were able to accommodate our corporate needs. In 2009, the Heritage Council also chose this venue for the WA Heritage Awards gala function. With the lights reflecting off the Swan at night, it was a beautiful location in which to honour and celebrate our heritage champions. ”
